Forum Structure:
- Membership: Comprised of industry participants, covering a cross-section of the industry:
- Membership will be governed by the Membership Policy, outlined separately and ensuring fairness and transparency in both member selection and Board member selection.
- New members will be admitted on an ad-hoc basis as requested and approved by the Board.
- New Board selection will have an annual cadence and governed by the Membership Policy.
- Board (Steering Committee): A committee, elected from the members will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Forum and overseeing its activities will be formed.
- Working Groups: Focused groups addressing specific areas of interest, such as regulatory affairs, market access, ESG, and technology.
- Funding: funding may be required initially, work will start on a voluntary basis until such time as funding is required. Following which a paid membership type structure may be formed.
